Yoga needs a learning by qualified and experienced, but is mainly a personal approach based on freedom and individual capacity. Yoga practitioner he is making progress hand every day to achieve genuine autonomy.Main types of Yoga.Yoga in its historical development has been refined and specialized, so to create specific branches whose emphasis is related to some aspect of the human being, and are basically five main paths of yoga, there are many other yogic forms but are contained within of these and are:

Hatha Yoga: The Yoga of psychophysical harmony.

Karma Yoga: The Yoga of right action.

Bhakti Yoga: The Yoga of devotion.

GNANI Yoga: The Yoga of wisdom.

RAJA YOGA: Yoga internalization.

Kundalini Yoga: The Yoga of consciousness and reproduction.
Hatha yoga.It is the basic Yoga, the beginning of all other terms, refers to the control of the physical body and mind through knowledge and implementation of a series of gymnastics, breathing and concentration exercises.

The word hatha means strength, strength, power, and the hidden meaning is as follows: Ha = sun and tha = moon, so hatha would be the union of the two aspects of the human being, the sun representing the active force, male and Moon passive, feminine force, the balance of both depends on the health and harmonious expression of the individual. Active solar energy is flowing through the right side of the body and connected to the left brain, tha receptive lunar energy is channeled through the left side of the body, connecting the right cerebral hemisphere. Energy has corresponds to the yang of Chinese philosophy and tha yin energy.

It is also known as yoga psychophysical harmony, since what is sought is the best manifestation of both body and mind through the practice of a freely accepted discipline by the practitioner. Within Hatha Yoga they have developed asanas or postures.Hatha Yoga has an intimate relationship with naturism, which is a way of life that seeks harmony with the laws and principles of nature. This school of thought has developed in both East and West, his most important contributions have been made in the field of natural medicine.Shiva Mahadeva NathThe creator of hatha yoga teacher was Mahadeva or Shiva Nath Mahdeva (as his disciples, an incarnation of Lord Shiva), who was born near Arunachala in Tamil Nadu (in southern India), whose disciple was Matsyendra Nath. These two characters have been historical, to which were added later the mythical creation of yoga by the god Shiva (Mahadeva Nath is believed that was the main founder of Buddhism and tantric vajraytna).

"Hatha Yoga is a monastery where they take refuge those who are burned by the three kinds of sorrow. For those who are engaged in the practice of any type of Yoga, Hatha Yoga is the foundation, it is like the turtle He sustains the world. "
Karma YogaIt is the Yoga of selfless and correct action. Is the path of liberation by conscious activity, selfless service, giving to others; work as a means of elevation and higher realization.

The word karma derives from the root kri it does, means action, work, act. It starts from the principle that life is activity and that no one can escape this universal action.

This yogic way he teaches us to work in peace and harmony making our work with joy, enthusiasm and generosity, without seeking the fruit of action without attachment and so find liberation and unification conscious.

Yoga is basically the work, provided it is done in a spirit of detachment and selflessness, this does not mean we can not live our daily work, but we must look to everything we do also serve other beings, and this so we transcend the productive work.

The activity can be approached in several directions, but the most important and valuable is the right attitude we have in what we do.

Karma Yoga teaches us to properly manage our vital energy through productive activity, and thus achieve the full realization of our conscious actions in life itself, for the good of the greatest number of beings.

"But that, that keeping all your senses under control is given to the Yoga of action without attachment, that man is superior Meets the duty you belong, because the action is superior to inactivity. Even normal life would be possible . inaction therefore always executed without attachment the work that you do, for performing actions without attachment man reaches the Supreme ".Bhakti Yoga
In this way the emotional side of being, so that the practitioner of bhakti sees God in all beings and all beings in God, and pours his soul as a blessing to everything that exists because everything is only develops One expression of God, hence his mysticism and his selfless love and deep.
Bhakti can be grown through art and mysticism, as well as through right human relations; to the extent we manifest our love will be in harmony with the yogic path.

Yoga exercises with the person becomes sensitized and awakens to the beauty and harmony of life itself, through direct contact with nature and its relationship with loved ones, a clean and deep spirituality awakens. It gets to be a child to enjoy the pleasant things of life, and interpersonal relationships, while sensitivity wakes up not only to beauty and aesthetic but also to goodness and universal love. Mysticism, which is the search for union with the divine presence within our spiritual heart is awakened, a sublime free devotion and fanaticism of all kinds live. This is the path of Bhakti Yoga.

"For the supreme peace comes to this yogi who, with the mind stilled and silenced passions, has achieved union with God and is clean from all stain. The Yogi clean any stain that binds well with the spirit (Atman) easily enjoy the eternal bliss of contact with God (Brahman). He who sees me M í around and sees everything in Me, never leaves me nor I to him. The Yogi, anchored in the unit me worshiped as the inhabitants in all beings, he lives and moves in Me, no matter how vivid and moving. The man looks all set in Yoga with impartial eyes, seeing the Atman in all beings and all beings in Atman. One who, matching with others, considered the equal pleasure and pain for others than for himself, that is estimated as the best of the Yogis ".Yoga GnaniThe gnani derived from the Sanskrit word whose root meaning is Gná know, also writes and Jnana means knowledge. It is the Yoga of knowledge, reasoning, philosophy, sincere search for truth.Through this type of Yoga is to respond to all the questions of the human mind, seeks to eliminate ignorance by the light of spiritual discernment. When the study aims to learn to be better and know ourselves, then it becomes part of this aspect of Yoga, which helps us transcend the relative and transitory to achieve the awakening of transpersonal consciousness.

Use of discernment is very important in this way, and through this power you can have access to higher states of consciousness and transcendent. It is the preferred path philosophers and scientists, searchers of truth, those who try to explain the mysteries of life through intellectual understanding

Through this Yoga enlightenment of the human personality, so we can understand and live life from a spiritual point of view is achieved or higher. Thus achieving the ideal of this yogic path: wisdom manifested consciously for the good of all beings"When a man puts aside all the desires that arise in the mind and take comfort only in the Soul (Atman), then it is called the insurance man understanding. He who is not disturbed by the pains and not crave the joys, which is free of the passions, fear and anger, that's called Yogi insurance understanding. He who feels no attachment anywhere, which is not happy nor sad and you come upon a good or bad, understanding that man is safe. And when, like the tortoise that includes members from all sides, that man away your senses all objects, their understanding is safe "Raja YogaFor many it is the culmination of the other forms of Yoga, since the applicant is engaged in soul searching through the process of meditation. Raja means royal. Some compare it to an application of deep psychology and transcendent mystical background, try to find the ultimate union within the self, in the upper or spiritual aspect.

In this most important path is the conscious internalization, which is achieved through deep meditation, there is a process perfectly studied to reach the meditative state.

Raja Yoga is very well represented by the system of Patanjali, already mentioned in the previous chapter, and its great contribution the eight steps of the yogic path:1. Yama: Control or abstinence are five:
1.1 Ahimsa: Nonviolence.
1.2 Satya: Veracity.
1.3 Asteya: Do not steal.
1.4 Brahmacharya: sexual continence.
1.5 Aparigraha: No possession.

"Yama is the universal duty, regardless of race, place, time or emergency." To anyone who has perfected harmlessness and nonviolence, all enmity ceases. Who is perfect in being truthful, immediately observed the effectiveness of his words and deeds. When abstention from theft is perfected, the yogi can have whatever you want. From incontinence, energy is acquired. When abstention from avarice is perfected, it comes to understanding reanacimiento law. "
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: II.31, 35-39).
2. Niyama: Observances or Rules are five:
2.1 Saucha: Purity.
2.2 Samtosha: Contentment.
2.3 Tapas: Austerity.
2.4 Svadhyaya: Spiritual Reading.
2.5 Ishvara Pranidhana: devotion to God.
"Internal and external purification (saucha) produces aversion for form, both one's own and other forms. Through purification comes also a quiet spirit, concentration, conquest of the organs and the ability to see the Self . The joy or contentment (samtosha) result brings bliss. Spiritual reading (svadhyaya) results in contact with the soul or the divine One. Through devotion to Ishvara (Ishvara Pranidhana) the goal of meditation is reached or samadhi ".
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: II.40-45).3. Asana: Attitude or position. It refers to the proper management of the physical body, and the right attitude to life circumstances.4. Pranayama: Control of life energy. This is primarily done through conscious re exercises.
5. Pratyahara: abstraction of the senses. When it has reached the breath control is passed naturally to the release of psychophysical tensions, through the process of relaxation."The posture (asana) adopted should be stable and comfortable. The stability and ease of posture is to be achieved through persistent slight effort and concentration of mind in the Infinite. When this has been done, the pairs of opposites no limit ".
"When you have taken the correct posture, follows right control of prana or vital energy and proper inhalation and exhalation of breath."
"Abstraction or pratyahara is the subjugation of the senses by the thinking principle and their withdrawal from that which has hitherto been their goal."
(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: II.46-54).6. Dharana: Concentration. Is the ability to voluntarily focus attention where you want, without deviating from its target.
7. Dhyana: Meditation. Attention or concentration leads us deeper into ourselves, thereby achieving a meditative state of mind.
8. Samadhi: Contemplation. Deep meditation leads to the culmination of the yogic process, which is enlightenment or contemplation."Concentration is to fix the mind stuff on a particular object. This is dharana."
"Sustained concentration (dharana) is meditation (dhyana)."
"When the mind is absorbed by reality and is no longer aware of separateness or the personal self, this is contemplation or samadhi".(Yoga Sutras of Patanjali: III.1-3).Yama and Niyama are the indispensable ethical principles to walk the inner path. The six steps are properly conscious meditative process, also belong to Hatha Yoga.

Raja Yoga is the inner path is supplemented with Hatha Yoga, both are geared toward being itself, while the other three branches of Yoga aforementioned focus more outward.

Thus we find a perfect balance between the five branches of Yoga; while the Dual formed by the Hatha Yoga and Raja helps us have a better understanding and control of ourselves; Triple comprise the Karma Yoga, Bhakti and Gnani opens the possibilities of a better term abroad, to achieve an optimum relationship with our neighbors and with Mother Nature.

Triple Yoga represents the active side outward and Dual Yoga is directed inward, thus we find perfect harmony in the integral development of human beings.

On this account we have sought a synthesis of these five fundamental yogic forms, giving birth to our system of comprehensive realization of Yogatherapy.
"I greet the pristine lord Shiva, Parvati who taught his partner, Hatha Yoga, which is by way of a staircase for those wishing to reach the sublime Raja Yoga. The Svatmarama yogi, saluted his master and guru, teaches Hatha Yoga only for obtaining the Raja Yoga ".(Hatha Yoga Pradipika: HI.1,2).Kundalini YogaThe Art of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation was developed over 5,000 years ago by the sages of India and Tibet, which tested and perfected systematically movements, postures, sounds and breathing accurate that activate different parts of the body and the brain in order to produce specific results.

These sacred teachings and secrets until recently were brought to the West in 1969, and presented to the public for the first time by Yogi Bhajan. Besides being the first to have taught in public, it is also the first time they have been collected in writing and made available to all who wish to practice them, instead of belonging to a small and select group of insiders. It is his belief that this knowledge belongs to everyone.

Kundalini Yoga is the science, art and technology that allows one to access and use their own creative power to raise their consciousness, for healing and for other purposes other than reproduction. This power (shakti), remains dormant at the base of the spine, and is often depicted as a sleeping and coiled serpent (kundalini means coiled), until the wake, both spontaneously and through yogic techniques, and rising to join the Universal Energy (prana), giving the individual a consciousness beyond ordinary perception and powers (siddhis) beyond normal abilities.Kundalini is the energy of our soul.
Kundalini is the energy of consciousness.Kundalini is the consciousness of the higher self.Kundalini is the emanation of our infinity.Kundalini is the energy of the cosmos within each individual.

Kundalini is our creative energy.
The Kundalini is imagined as a coiled snake asleep at the base of our spine.Kundalini is the dormant energy within us that expands our consciousness.Kundalini is the greatness of which we are all capable

What is the flow of Kundalini?Kundalini the energy released from the navel center. It rises to the crown chakra at the top of the head. The energy then descends down the chakras to the base of the spine. After reaching the root chakra returns to the navel center.

Kundalini yoga is about tapping our infinite potential.Within every human lies the ability to be extremely creative. Within each human mind is the reality of infinity. How to expand our capacity and realize our divine caliber? We all aspects of our being - our mental faculties our emotional energy and our physical structure to balance and alignment. As we do open our capacity to experience to express to share our infinite Self.
