Food preparations or promoters of cancer

Did you know that there are certain foods or preparations which act as promoters of cancer?
Tumors are the result of altered, excessive and other invasive next cell reproduction healthy tissues, their development may stem from various causes, from genetics, to consumption of potentially toxic and harmful foods, such as cancer of the colon, where over 90% of cases result from improper eating habits.
Sugar is the main fuel for cancer cells to fulfill their chemical processes to grow and multiply, keep in mind, so you can keep your snacks or "snacks" are sugary, full of simple carbohydrates.
Therefore, one of the strategies to follow in any anti-cancer diet is to take a low-glucose. That means NOTHING OF REFINED SUGAR, including fiber in your diet, but rather eg wholemeal bread than white bread (made with refined flour), used non-caloric (stevia, sucralose, or Splenda, aspartame) sweeteners and avoid for all life taking sugary sodas gas. Remember that eating foods low in sugar, and avoid simple carbohydrates, avoid tumor growth and maintain your healthy weight.
Check the nutrition labeling to avoid: corn syrup (high fructose), sugar, sucrose, enriched bleached flour, white rice, white pasta, white bread.
Hydrogenated oils are considered potentially dangerous. These hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils are developed from natural elements that are otherwise harmless. To make hydrogenated oils are heated in the presence of metal catalysts and hydrogen. This is the case of margarines harden when cooled. We recommend you avoid them!
This process helps extend oil life, but at the same time creates FATS TRANSGENIC, which should only be included on the label if the food contains more than 0.5 grams per serving. To avoid putting trans fats in the list, or to say that they are "free of trans fats" on the label, manufacturers simply adjust the serving size until the trans fat content falls below 0.5 grams per individual portion.
Besides being a cancer-causing factor, trans fats cause heart disease, interrupt metabolic processes and cause increased visceral fat which is reflected in the unsightly "float" which traps the organs and strain the heart. Essential fatty acids that the hydrogenation process destroys, are responsible for many body processes. When trans fats replace these fatty acids occupy the same space, doing the same job.
A classic example is someone with a lot of belly fat can not stop eating those cookies and pastries filled with transgenic (and lots of white flour and simple sugars) fat, who presents the ideal cancer development environment.
As trans fats are typically formed during frying foods, we should also mention the acrylamides. Acrylamide is not added to food, are created during the frying process. When Starchy foods are subjected to high temperatures, acrylamide is formed. A Swedish study found that acrylamides cause cancer in rats, and are conducting further studies confirming that also cause cancer in humans.
Nitrites and nitrates: Food companies add sodium nitrite some food on purpose. This carcinogen is added to processed meats, sausages, bacon and other meat that needs a reddish color to look "cool". The nitrites themselves are not the problem. During the digestion process, however, sodium nitrite is converted to nitrosamine, and that's where the problems begin with cancer. Nitrosamine is a carcinogen, but since it is not technically an ingredient, its presence can be easily overlooked in the package.
We also find nitrosamines in pickles, fried or smoked foods; things like beer, cheese, fish byproducts, and smoke snuff.
Knowing all these ingredients does not mean that there is a "short list" of foods to avoid. We must be vigilant and read labels constantly. Ideally include in your diet foods rich in antioxidants (fruits and vegetables rich in beta carotene, and vitamin C) to test the carcinogenic effect of that food or preparations.
An example:

Hot Dogs: The Coalition for Cancer Prevention recommends that children eat no more than 12 hot dogs a month because of the risk of cancer. Anyway if you're going to take, as I said earlier includes an orange juice when eating.
Besides avoiding these foods suspected, the main thing to reduce the risk of cancer would be:

* When you consume processed industrial foods, including vegetables in your diet.

* Eat foods with omega 3 and other essential fatty acids (fish, olive oil, olives).

* Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables (up to 5 servings a day), prefers those of attractive colors yellow, red, dark green.

* You exercise regularly, since tumors can not thrive in highly oxygenated environments.

* Avoid eating desserts and excess sugar so you can maintain stable blood sugar levels.

* Eating foods high in vitamin C naturally (mango, strawberry, orange, lemon, tangerine), a nutrient that prevents the conversion of nitrite in nitrosamine, and promotes a healthy immune system function.

* Make sure you get the right of the large amounts weapon against cancer, vitamin D, through controlled exposure to sunlight (about 10-15 minutes each day, if you have fair skin, or up to ten times if has dark skin.) prevents exposure during the hours of 11 am to 3 pm

* Maintain a good level of hydration (drink plenty of water), to ensure that the body gets rid of toxins.

* Avoid smoking and Review labeling of cosmetics you use, since virtually all contain carcinogenic chemicals.
Cancer prevention is quite simple. Even the World Health Organization says that 70% of cancers can be prevented with simple changes in diet and lifestyle. The truth is that most people cancer itself occurs through food, drinks, and products they choose to consume (these risk factors are preventable, however there is a genetic component not us We can deliver more if out).
